I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, providing individual psychotherapy to young adults and adults. I have a specialized interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety disorder. I also have experience with a broad range of mental health issues including depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, sleep difficulties, cognitive impairment and chronic pain.
I strive to understand and empower my clients. Working together as a team, we will focus on developing both the insights and skills that are needed to help you cope more effectively with the challenges that you face.
My approach is practical and solution-focused, incorporating various therapeutic techniques. Entering therapy can be daunting, yet highly rewarding, and I welcome the opportunity to take part in your personal journey.
I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, where I received training in various therapeutic modalities, with a more intensive focus in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My graduate internship took place at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in the areas of physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as neuropsychology. I hold a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University. I have been working in a private practice setting since 2008.
