He was great. I suffer from rare illnesses and am a complex patient at only 22 years old. He listened to my concerns, read my personal notes regarding my symptoms and went through extensive medical records of mine and helped me get diagnosed with what I knew was going on with me. He didn't make me feel crazy and he started me on a medication immediately and would like me to follow up often. Overall, I am very pleased and felt comfortable the entire time. Great experience. Appointment went very well, listened to all of my concerns and recommended new treatments that I had not been aware of. Was a slight issue with booking, where the app was allowing people to book a spot that was already taken, but the office did an excellent job of accommodating me. Wish the wait time had been shorter, was about an hour and a half, but once back there the doctor was in my room in less than five minutes. I definitely will be returning to this physician

I was on time for my appointment and provided only one form to complete (I completed most through ZocDoc--thank you!!). I completed it promptly in about five minutes. The nurses were cursing behind the open window. And once inside, I heard the Doctor complaining that he only had fifteen minutes to see me. The nurse defended herself by saying "I scheduled her 15min to complete her paperwork; it's not my fault it took her so long."
Seriously?
Then the Dr was rushed with discussing my concerns. I have done a lot of research on weight loss, have been trying to lose weight for over 3 years and am in a very concrete plateau--but he was insistent on simply stating I am wrong, wrong, wrong and patronizing me. Perhaps it was not intended that way, but I know how my body works. At 5'3" and 185lbs, eating only 900calories a day will send my body into shock and I will not lose a pound. (Or rather, if I lose weight, it will be put right back on with my first indulgence.)
I was so bothered by my treatment that I was reluctant to schedule my follow-up... I did, though... I'm strongly considering canceling it and going elsewhere. I'm so thoroughly disappointed, I cannot fully express it.

I brought documentation from previous doctors. Dr. Moles read through the pages, asked pertinent question regarding my situation and was more than helpful and thorough in prescribing medications and scans for my benefit. He did not rush through the session and was quite personable. I would highly recommend his services .

Great staff here. I had an appointment at 1pm and was seen within 5minutes of arriving. The only reason I had any wait at all was because I needed to fill out additional paperwork. The doctor and NP here are clearly knowledgeable and very thorough.

I made my appointment through ZocDoc yesterday, when I showed up this morning, they had no idea I had an appointment. I filled out all the check-in documents online when I made the appointment, but had to fill them out again when I got there. The staff was friendly, and the doc was nice, but I don't think he took me seriously. He asked me about 3 questions, wrote me a prescription for 3 drugs, and sent me on my way. If these 3 drugs fix my problems, great. If they don't, I'll definitely be seeing another doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr, Moles and it went great. I walked in with no voice and he gave me the medication I needed to get better. He was very sweet and I'm grateful that I came to him.
