The office staff were friendly and professional. Dr Santiago and his nurse provided an outstanding visit. They were both professional, pleasant and engaging. I was provided with medical information that was informative. I never felt rushed during the appointment. I felt like everyone cared about my health and about me as a patient. I would highly recommend this office and doctor!

Dr. Santiago explained exactly what he was doing as he did it. I felt that he was choosing his words and expressions carefully to avoid offending me. This was my first time there, and I was made to feel very comfortable by him and his staff. I heard such great things about him, and I am pleased that he met my high expectations.
