Dr. Buck is very skilled and knowledgeable if the work she does, this is the main/ only reason I continue to go to her office. My assumption is that she has become a bit money hungry which is why she overbooks appointments because the wait time is ridiculous! My apt. Was for 10 I did not leave until 1:15p. In addition if I'm going to spend 3 hrs at a doctor's office, I'd at least like to hear my results the same day because she is able to do so. I wish hee practice procedures were better because she literally doesn't consider any one else's time but her own.

She's never available at the Elmhurst location. She sees a few patients then disappears (not labor related, which would be understandable) leaving you to other, unknown staff. At the LI location, she's very disorganized and fails to elaborate on her diagnosis. I don't feel like she properly diagnoses me.

I came in for my first visit after confirming I was pregnant. The visit took 5 hours in total, including 4.5 hours of wait time. The doctor seemed rushed, spending a total of about 15 minutes with me. Her short, negative responses indicated that she was irritated by my questions. Further, she ordered blood work and prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance plan without alerting me of what any of them were. I asked and was able to decline the prescription (instead requesting the standard generic that is covered), I was not so lucky on the blood work as an enormous bill just showed up.

She doesn't have that warm bedside manner that I look for in a physician, however she's not rude. She comes off as indifferent. The wait time is not good. And, the office could be cleaner. I've had to ask them to empty a waste basket on two separate ocassions. Her staff are very nice ladies.

She kept having me come back for more and more test, even though she had the history and knew I needed surgery to treat my fibroids. She caused me enormous pain, wasted my time and milked the insurance company. I would never go back!!

Doctor was nice but very inefficient medical office and staffs were rude. Appointment doesnt matter since they serves whoever comes first. I ended up spending three hours to see doctor for five minutes. I asked for checking out and they said i can just leave. Of course i didnt get receipt or the list of the prescription details. They dont guide you through proper procedure and left you confused ignoring for long time. my day is wasted.

Dr. Buck-Haskin was very nice and answered all my question. One of the best experience I have had with gyno. Very friendly assistants and nurse. I highly recommend her and surely will be returning.
