I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and over 20 years of experience helping adults cope with various life stressors, including job loss, loss of a loved one, medical illness or traumatic injury, retirement, caregiver stress, and other difficult life transitions. I am trained in several evidence-based psychotherapies and seek to help individuals develop effective strategies for minimizing the impact of stress on their lives. I recognize the connection between mind and body and tend to utilize techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. Common issues I treat include depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbance. I also have extensive experience helping individuals cope with chronic medical illness and chronic pain. I offer online services so you can receive treatment from the privacy and comfort of your own home. Evening hours are available. If stress is weighing you down, disrupting your sleep, affecting your health, or negatively impacting your work and relationships, feel free to make an appointment. In your initial visit, we will discuss your concerns and determine if we are a good fit to begin addressing the challenges you are facing together.
