Dr. Blum was thoroughly compassionate, professional, and efficient. He explained every detail concisely. The office staff was a little less efficient. I had pre-filled the appointment paperwork and uploaded my insurance card to Zocdoc days before my appointment: I had to do that all over again at the office.

Office is very outdated and needs a facelift. Was told to be in the office thirty minutes and did so. Waited an hour to see the Doctor. Visit took lees than fifteen minutes.
