Nice facility. Seen right away. Doctor knew how to fix me and provided me with info for surgery and how the process will move forward. Opted to not get surgery right away but will return to visit Dr Hatfield once i do decide to move forward. Would recommend.

I was a new patient going in to discuss surgery for a ganglion cyst on my wrist. The entire office staff was so pleasant and friendly that I immediately felt at ease. Within 2-3 minutes of filling out my new patient paperwork, I was called back to an exam room and almost immediately Dr. Hatfield came in. He gave a thorough explanation of my cyst, the surgery, post-op care and answered all my questions. Within minutes I was scheduled for the surgery, given a complete explanation of pre-op procedures and what to expect. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional and caring. And the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes!

I was blown away! I have a hereditary of RA on both sides of my family. I have ignored my symptoms as if I was going to out smart them. Yesterday I was in pain and agony I went online. I looked for a doctor and was able to get into Dr. Hatfield. I was thinking this has to be a gimmick. It wasn't! The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was so nice & caring and Dr. Hatfield was so nice and caring. He wasn't rushed. He listened to me. I am so thankful!

I had filled out information online in order to get that part out of the way beforehand. When I got there I was given more paperwork to fill out. When I told the receptionist that I had filled it out online she said that there was more to do because the website was outdated..... kind of irritating.
