Everyone is so helpful and nice. I literally enjoy going to this doctor’s office. I’m 58 years old and I have never been so happy with a doctor’s office.
Organized, caring and will always follow up with your request . At times you cannot get your appointment the same day and have to go to immediate care.
No and I miss spoke on the last question
The initial checkin at the desk seemed to be a lot nicer and the lady was very friendly. Dr Behnke is always very good with me. I like his demeanor that’s why I’ve been coming him exclusively over 17 years.
I had to see Dr. Behnke instead of my regular doctor, Dr. Steineke, as she did not have an opening appointment until the end of July and I needed to see a doctor right away.
I dd not like using your corporate booking program. They always try to book the PA if they don’t think you need to see the doctor. It is frustrating to have to tell your story to two or three people before you get an appointment.
I am switching back to this office, due to other provider has limited hours. Staff here were very good listeners and friendly.
Everyone at this providers office is always very nice, friendly and many of the woman who have worked at this office for a very long time always remember me by name and always say hello even if they are not the person doing my intake or scheduling my next appt. The nurse was very thorough and wrote all my concerns in my electronic chart and Dr Behnke always listens to my questions and answers them and he is always pleasant.
Cheerfulness of reception
I had COVID symptoms and Dr. Behnke gave me the COVID medication immediately which I believe shortened the duration of the illness and made it less severe. He responded quickly.
