Very professional and great bedside manor. He has been great at helping facilitate my workup and I would recommend him to anyone.
I didn't like the services at all and the staffs were very rude.
Excellent bedside manner, highly professional demeanor. Recommend highly.
Dr Ponas listened to and answered my questions. He took his time and came back in again later to check with me. Also convenient was having my blood drawn there instead of having to go to a lab. Using Zocdoc, I was able to see the doctor a week early as they would honor the appointment even though by calling the office directly they had no openings until the following week.
Very long wait, 5 patients who arrived after me were seen before me. Record keeping is archaic. Doctor seems a tad socially inept, however EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend.
Pretty amazing, got an appointment for kidney stone analysis with one day notice and new patient. Scheduled a Lithotripsy the following Monday, now recovering.
Outside the medical ignorance a person (who is not in the miedical field) usually has, when it comes to this procedure, Dr. Ponas built trust, listened to concerns and illustrated expert level knowledge in regards to what the procedure entailed. During the procedure, the fear-gripping unknown surrendered its grasp as a sense of peace, calm and humor began to saturate the room. Thank you, Dr. Ponas, the nurse who was available during the operation (I forget her name) and the rest of your staff at the Osborn office.
Dr. Ponas is great. He is very thorough, personable and professional.
Dr. Ponas' professionalism was very reassuring and it gave me much confidence that I was in the right hands of a caring doctor.
Really nice guy who seemed to care and took his time. Office staff was friendly as well!
Spent most of my time with a PA, but Dr. Ponas was nice once he came in.
The Doc,the P.A. And the staff , great job.
Dr. Ponas removed my bladder cancer and I have had several appointments with him and all were good. I would highly recommend Dr. Ponas and feel he is very qualified in his field of expertise.
very good. Dr and staff were efficient and personable. Took longer than I hoped to start given that I was an early morning appointment but I was also a new patient so that may explain part of it.
