This doctor is okay, but had to wait more than an hour both times I've seen him. Not fun.

Dr Ponas listened to and answered my questions. He took his time and came back in again later to check with me. Also convenient was having my blood drawn there instead of having to go to a lab. Using Zocdoc, Iwas able to see the doctor a week early as they would honor the appointment even though by calling the office directly they had no openings until the following week.

Very long wait, 5 patients who arrived after me were seen before me. Record keeping is archaic. Doctor seems a tad socially inept, however EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

Outside the medical ignorance a person (who is not in the miedical field) usually has, when it comes to this procedure, Dr. Ponas built trust, listened to concerns and illustrated expert level knowledge in regards to what the procedure entailed.During the procedure, the fear-gripping unknown surrendered its grasp as a sense of peace, calm and humor began to saturate the room. Thank you, Dr. Ponas, the nurse who was available during the operation (I forget her name) and the rest of your staff at the Osborn office.

very good. Dr and staff were efficient and personable. Took longer than I hoped to start given that I was an early morning appointment but I was also a new patient so that may explain part of it.
