I needed to see a doctor!
Dr Vile as able to see me very quickly. I booked the appointment in an emergency at 11:00pm. By 9:00 am I received a definite confirmation for an appointment at 11:00 am!
Dr. Vile very thoroughly examined my eye. He also did a procedure to remove a foreign object from my eye. Very nice guy. Happy I went to Dr. Vile!

The office was very inviting and professional. I was called in immediately following my paperwork. Doctor Vile was very nice and even engaged my children. I saw him because I needed a second opinion on some issues I was having with my eye. He was very knowledgable and after just 2 days of following his treatment advice my eye is healing quickly. Really appreciate his time and would definitely recommend.

My visit reason was specifically for contact lenses, but they did a glasses exam instead. Now they are saying I have to pay an additional fee (quite significant) to get my contact prescription or originally charged for a contact exam plus the cost of the lenses, which would have been fine if I was properly informed. They seem to be money grubbing office as I have never had this issue anywhere else. I also waited a really long time even with an appointment. I would not recommend this office.

Very unprofessional and big liars! Gave me an appointment date after a month and it Took me an hour to drive there and when we reached there they said they no longer accept our insurance. They didn't even bother to give us a call to let us know that they no longer accept our insurance. Shame on you guys!
