Had to wait for more than an hour while I listened to him on the phone in the office on two separate calls that seemed only tangentially related to running an office. Bedside manner seemed terse and uninterested.

Didn't care to take time to figure out why my symptoms kept occurring, lack of care for a solution. Seemed more interested in getting me out of the office and moving on to the next client.

Dr Burres is not especially personable, but that did not matter. My main complaint about my visit with Dr. Burres is that he did not scope up my nose to address my complaints. I later learned from another ENT (who did bother to scope up my nose) that I had a persistent fungal infection in my nose which explained all my symptoms. Not a thorough enough exam.
