Overall the doctor was great.
The office was a mess, I called many times to book an appointment and never reached anyone always got voice mails and played phone tag, ended up making an online appointment with zocdoc, filled out paper work online with zocdoc, got to office for them to tell me they don't actually receive zocdoc paperwork and I had to fill it out all over again.
I'm very concerned about where and who has that zocdoc paperwork now, nobody in office had an answer for me about this I asked Linda she had no idea.
Please get me an answer on why your website asks you to fill out zocdoc paper work prior to coming in but yet your office does not receive zocdoc paperwork? My personal info is all over those doc's.

Note * Dr. has a referral pad from Haeger orthotics - which is outdated because when my daughter and I went there, out of business, I called them & they said they moved ages ago.
