Dr. Steven Chiana attended California State University Fulleron with a B.A. in Chemistry. He went on to receive BS in Visual Sciences and his Doctor of Optometry from the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry, the oldest optometry college in the country.
Dr. Chiana returned to Fullerton to open The Eye Care Center in 1990, serving over 48,000 patients from Fullerton, Anaheim, Buena Park, and all over Orange County in our office in Fullerton since opening the practice.
Dr Chiana is a California Registered Optometrist with a special therapeutic and glaucoma license. He is also a mamber of the American Optometric Association, California Optometic Association, Rio Hondo Optometric Association and the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity.
