Dr. Gruber was professional and explained next steps clearly. He draws blood himself, which is a nice timesaver. The only drawback is the wait time. I waited 1.5 hours before being seen.
Dr. Gruber carefully explained the reasons for the treatment options we discussed. He made everything very clear, and was kind.

He is very professional and courteous.

The office was very hectic, staff were nice but they seem overwhelmed. His bedside manner can be improved, he spends 15 mins with his patients I felt rush and somewhat dismissed. I didn't feel great about my future health quality with him. He has many years of experience, but still felt he was going to do what he wants to do without considering patients concerns.
