The wait hole time to reach the office was extremely long. I called twice and each time I was on hold for at least 20 minutes. Other than that, everything else was good.

The medical staff themselves are top notch. Unfortunately, check in and check out people will be your greatest enemy. They called me back after about 40 mins waiting for my appointment, and it was very obviously because their catered Carabas lunch came at the same time I was supposed to be checked in. Wait staff eats right next to their computers in plain view of patients which is kind of gross. They didn’t even bother to give me my new patient paperwork, so after finally getting into a room, I had to complete that before the doctor could see me. Check out was even better, a lady named Carla stared at me for a while before shuffling me to the only person working/had finished lunch.
Medical staff is great. They were able to diagnose me quickly and have me on my way. Dr Leong deserves a staff that doesn’t embarrass his practice. I thought about leaving and finding another office solely due to the poor quality of the wait staff.
