Your initial visit will be with PA-Christina Munn. She has the patience and persistence needed to manage chronic medical issues such as diabetes, weight management, depression and addiction. She enjoys the opportunity to explain how a medication works and how the body behaves in health and in illness. She focuses on the person as a whole, not the disease. She employs all forms of treatment from behavioral modification, to homeopathy to yoga and blends them with traditional drug regimens. She is flexible and is able to tailor a treatment plan to one that will work for the individual.
Dr. Margolis founded the practice in 1990 and achieved many firsts in the areas of alternative medicine and lipid disorders. These continue to be his main specialties and research interests, though he does practice a full spectrum of family medicine as does our entire staff. Dr. Margolis completed the majority of his training at Wayne State University School of Medicine, William Beaumont Hospital, The University of Iowa Lipid Center and the National Lipid Association.
