Wait time was an hour+ and the receptionist was not appolegtic and responded with "oh this is the norm."
The Dr. did a terrific job listening to me and giving me advice. I've been having acne problems for 11 years and he taught me stuff and recommended things that I've never heard before. Great stand-up guy.

Well worth the wait. Somehow the office overlooked me, was the reason for the long wait.
This definitely was not the Doctor's fault.
He is very professional and excellent at his trade. I and my family will be going back to this Doctor any time we need his specialty.
