He is a very good doctor who has taken care of me for many years. His office staff has been refreshed and overhauled over the past few years, making dealing with people at the desk much more enjoyable than previously.

I have visited Dr. Ugbarugba twice now and both times he has been awesome. It seems like he really cares about me, my health, and what I have to say. He listened attentively and made very thorough notes as I explained my situation and symptoms during our first visit. The second time I saw him was a follow up after a colonoscopy that he had scheduled with me. He explained the results of my biopsy in detail and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the medication that he had prescribed. He is a little hard to understand, so you have to listen carefully. I think the bad reviews on here about Dr. Aruba having bad bedside manner are ridiculous, just because he isn’t overly nice and people don’t know how to recognize true professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ugbarugba!

He is a fast talker and don’t really listen to you. He only cares about the money. He wants you to come in for EVERY reason so he can collect co pay. I won’t go back or ever refer him! I will find me another Gastroenterologist.

Today was the first and only appointment over many years in which I was called, weighed, and seen by this doctor promptly, so I appreciate the change. Promptness is what my husband and I have always experienced at our primary care doctor's office, so I have high expectations. I look at promptness by a doctor and his office staff as a measuring stick of their respect for me and my time. I like Dr. U. and would love to see his office continue to run efficiently. I hope my return visit in three months is as convenient.

His office is always packed no matter when I go. The wait was longer than necessary, but still better than most I have endured previously here. I think that this is a yearly colonoscopy that I just do not enjoy, so if I could count on his getting me in and out in a more timely manner, I would have no complaints.
