Everyone in the office was also just as warm and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable office. Greatly appreciate that they have sonogram technology and technician located in the office.

Dr. V. is the first doctor I’ve had respect my wishes to remove my reproductive organs to avoid any risk of pregnancy. He’s been more than supportive and super through with his appointments! Within 30 minutes I had a pap done, std check, and a 5-10 minute convo with Dr. V. About removing my tubes. I couldn’t recommend him higher. Office staff is beyond friendly, on the phone and in person!

I met with Dr. Valfer, and I found my new gynecologist. He is very educated and helped me with any questions, he was patient with me, and he didn’t seem to be in a rush. Dr. Valfer took the time to explain the anatomy of ovaries in a short period but broke it down for me in a very non complicated way. Thanks Dr. Valfer, I left your office feeling very confident!

Dr. Valfer is an exceptional physician and I’m so glad I found him! He is very easy to talk to, thorough, and has great communication with patients. He will call you back if you have a question, which I find that not many physicians do nowadays. I continue to see him even though I no longer currently live i the Chicago area because I think he’s such a great doctor.

Dr. Valfer took time to listen to my concerns, did a thorough examinations, and provided me with information based on facts. Nurse Lana was very polite and made sure I was comfortable and also answered all my questions. Office manager, Edith, took time to understand my scheduling conflicts and helped book all my future appointments. Overall, I am very impressed with this practice.

Doctors aren't usually my favorite people, but Dr. Valfer makes his appointments fast, easy, professional and thorough! I have never had to wait more than 10mins to see him and scheduling with his front desk is a breeze. All of his staff is excellent, friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with this doctor and his staff!! I hate going to the gyno but everyone there was extremely nice and made my experience pleasant. The office is beautiful and I did not wait long at all. The nurse was very kind and had a good sense of humor. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Valfer was awesome! He was very kind and gentle. I tend to be tense when I'm getting examined by a gyno and I did not feel that way with him. He was very gentle and knowledgeable. There is definitely a good energy all around in this office! Great people! I definitely recommend Dr. Valfer!
