Steven Zeddun, MD is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is an assistant professor with The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Dr. Zeddun earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he received a National Institutes of Health research grant from the General Clinical Research Center. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine with The George Washington University Medical Center. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and liver diseases at The George Washington University Medical Center.
Dr. Zeddun's clinical interests include Achalasia and related disorders of the esophagus, per oral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), Barrx RF ablation, endoluminal stent placement, endoscopic resection of large polyps, ERCP, interventional endoscopy, biliary and pancreatic disorders, GERD, and gastrointestinal cancer.

This was a really poor experience. I absolutely understand the intensity due to COVID, but I am really disappointed. For my first appointment, I spoke to Dr.Zeddun for a total of 1-2 minutes. This was my first every gastro appointment, and I was pretty nervous due to my stomach issues. He immediately recommended a procedure that was unafforable for me. Additionally, I didn't even get my medicine in time to prepare the procedure and ended up cancelling it. They were also going to bill me for a COVID test, when I could've gotten one for free elsewhere. I unfortunately won't be going back.
