This was an awful visit, the offices were filthy like they were never cleaned. I waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The real kicker was that Dr. Baird was very rude, when we discussed the injections that they give to everyone even if you don't it. The Drs. Own the surgery center next door and they don't have the surgery center under the same ins. Umbrella so they want you to pay 50% out of your own pocket for injections that you didn't want to begin with. I would never go back to LV Pain Institute again.

Dr. Baird was great. He spent time clarifying my pain and the effects of medication. My only regret is that I waited so long to make an appointment. Great experience, thank you Dr. Baird for the professional evaluation.

Being a newbie to Nevada, I am finding good health care to be challenging in the state. I feel it is severely lacking. However, Dr. Baird is the first Doctor that I feel has been absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, and very professional. I made appointments for both of my elderly parents, and he is the first doctor I have been happy with. We were able to have everything they needed done right there in his offices.No running around to labs, etc. A very welcome service! The staff was friendly and professional also. We had a long wait time, but it was probably because of the paperwork we had to fill out for both parents. I will be able to guage it better when we have our next appointment. The only negative I can say is that they tried to change our appointment days, however, when I explained the need to get them in right away, they let us keep our original appointments. My only regret is that Dr. Baird doesn't take MY insurance. If he did, he would quickly become my doctor also.
