Dr. Agren and his staff were beyond friendly, professional, kind, informative, and wonderful!!! I would highly recommend any allergy sufferer to check out their website! I have been prescribed pills and inhalers for about 8 years, without any hope of not needing them. Today is the first day that I have total faith and hope that I will be pill and inhaler free someday! I have tried everything else under the sun, and I am just very THANKFUL that I finally found Dr. Agren! :) :) :)

Dr Agren is excellent! He is very thorough and explains everything. I am doing so much better with my allergies. I had tried several things before seeing him: homeopathic medicine, over the counter anti-histamines, antibiotics. Every year I suffer. This year I suffered for 2 months with major allergy issues: coughing, loosing my voice, stuffy/runny nose, itchy throat & eyes, extreme fatigue. Now I don't have any symptoms at all!!!! And no shots, just a few drops each day under my tongue!! I highly recommend him.

Stuart Agren, M.D. opened the Family Allergy Clinic in 1985 to help patients who were not responding to traditional allergy shot treatment. He has successfully treated over 15,000 patients using under-the-tongue allergy drops (sublingual immunotherapy).
The drops are safer than shots so they can be taken at home and are also great for allergic children. Many patients report faster relief with drops than with shots. And unlike shots, drops have been shown to be safe and effective for food allergies. Dr. Agren tests and treats for 59 different food allergies.
Dr. Agren graduated from Tulane Medical School. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University and as a medical director for numerous corporations including TRW, McDonnell Douglas, and Stauffer Chemical.

I've been having spring season allergies for a few years now and I wanted to know what type of pollen I was allergic to. Since the more comprehensive 60 point test was very expensive, I opted out for a 10 point test which gives you categories of allergens with 6-7 allergens listed in each category. I had a reaction to 7 out of 10 categories which basically gives me a list of 40+ potential allergens. Unfortunately, I feel like this test is not very useful. Maybe I would have liked for them to help me narrow the results by ruling out the allergens not related to spring season (such as goat and dog hair for instance) or plants that are not active in this region of Arizona at this time of year for instance. But everyone at the office was very kind, friendly and professional.

Although his specialty is as an allergist. I was told he dealt with other sinus conditions as well. The exam was a rush job with little to no information as to my condition except that he felt I
must have allergies. I agreed to the testing procedure and the test came back that I did not have allergies. I was asked if I would like to go on an experimental allergy treatment program. It was like I was the only one who knew I didn't suffer from allergies. I again said I believed I had a sinus infection. What can be done for that? I was offered a congestion shot. I declined and paid my bill and left.
