After being cancelled on twice, I finally saw Dr. Ashraf. He dismissed my questions about medications and concerns and just sent me off for blood work. Also, they billed my insurance for a physical even though that was not why I was there. Now I have to find a new primary care provider and wait a full year before my insurance will pay for me to get a physical from a doctor I actually trust.

Looked like a new office, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Office felt like it had no AC, waited for over 2 hours. I'm type 1 diabetic, the Dr. Is listed on ZocDoc as an endocrinologist. Found the Dr. to have little knowledge about treating diabetes other than what I would read in a textbook. Didn't ask for my bloodsugars or to see my pump. Didn't know how my pump actually worked. And gave me input that goes against everything I've been told by my other Dr's the last 20 years. Would not recommend for diabetes management.

My husband and my kids really needed to establish with a primary care phy. & so I booked an appointment here at IMS Medical Solutions with the doc. They really enjoyed their visit & so did I, who have been seeing him for all my health problems. Glad to make him our pcp.

A fantastic office visit. I was initially seen by an NP @ this office who recommendated to see doctor Ashraf for further evaluation on my issue. Very happy to find a hidden gem in the city. I just moved down to Florida!
