Fueron muy atentos y serviciales
Las atenciones fueron muy buenas, lo único fue la espera
Besides the long wait, it was a pretty good visit. I was first observed by Raj who was extremely friendly and funny. After Raj, Dr. Pal came in and evaluated me. He then gave me his recommendation. He was concerned and willing to get the bottom of my problem unlike other doctors that I've visited about my problem. I have a few other appointments with him now which I am excited about.
Physician and staff were very friendly, listened well and dedicated the time needed. There was no rush, time to ask questions and get responses. I was very impressed at their commitment to my care and the plan to bring me back to the best health possible.
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was nice in person and on the phone.
Made sure I was good and not in pain fix my issues ASAP
The office was clean and neat, staff was very friendly, but I was waiting for about 40minutes in the hall and after that for another 30mintues in the room. After that the doctor's assistant showed up to chat with me for about 10-15 minutes. The doctor spent the most 5 minutes in the office with me. Felt like its an assembling factory where i was an object put together by robots.
