My appointment was saved incorrectly from Zocdoc to their office; specifically, the office had me down for an in-person visit while Zocdoc confirmation said virtual. Because of this, I was having difficulty accessing information regarding the appointment. I called the staff, and she quickly switched me from in-person to virtual. Immediately before the appointment began, Dr. Alexander called me herself to walk me through the process. Once I received the information to access the online portal, it was quick and easy.
