At Sunshine Wellness, my goal is to provide individual nutrition counseling based on three simple guidelines.
1. Proper nutrition is a lifestyle, not a diet. I teach you to focus on the big picture through lifestyle change, not the latest fad diets.
2. Everyone is unique. Each customized nutrition plan is hand tailored to client's unique needs. It is not a one-size-fits all approach.
3. We're only human. We make mistakes. It's ok to fall off the healthy food bandwagon every once in a while. You will be taught to understand how to incorporate all foods into your diet without feeling guilty.
Through the use of an integrated counseling approach, you will be taught how to incorporate healthy eating into your busy lifestyle. After completing a thorough assessment of health, social history, medical history, lifestyle and daily calorie and nutrient requirements, Sunny will create a customized healthy eating plan with personalized food choices that will be easy to combine with your lifestyle.
The secret to success is to start with changes that are easy to take on. Before you know it, you are on your way to losing weight, lowering your cholesterol, eating without guilt, feeling younger and feeling better.
