I have gone to see a few chiropractors over the years, but Dr. Sura stands out above all others. After going to see Dr. Sura for a few months, I feel better than ever!! I've also recommended her a few of my acquaintances, and they've all had the same reaction as me. Dr. Sura is inspirationally wise and an incredible healer.
Dr. Sura goes beyond the typical chiropractor / patient relationship, and she helps people truly understand what the mind-body connection means, on a really deep level. Her adjustments are powerful both physically and emotionally, leading to true and long lasting transformation for her patients. I would recommend Dr.Sura to anyone and everyone looking for true transformation and healing!

Dr. Sura is not your typical chiropractor … she is a very special healer. She genuinely has your best interest at heart and treats you very individually. She is very present, calm and has an in-tune sense of where you are at. I always leave feeling so calm and rested. I came to her looking for help with a pinched lower back and chronic migraines. I remember during the first 2 weeks of seeing her walking in with a migraine and walking out without a migraine. I was literally in awe. My migraines would last a week sometimes even with taking all the meds and "doing all the right things".. sleep, caffeine, etc. She has helped me so much physically.. I feel strong again. Im able to do more and more at the gym and at yoga. But a wonderful bonus about her is that she’s so intuitive and loving that if you are open to it she helps you emotionally and spiritually as well. She’s a part of my weekly routine.. i see her before yoga. It’s a great afternoon of self-love! I feel very very blessed to have found her!!! My husband goes to her regularly and loves her too!

Dr. Sura is incredible. Her care is so nuanced, any time I get adjusted I feel light afterwards, as if I’m floating. She truly has a gift, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She’s a talented chiropractor.

I came to Dr. Sura in tears, with razor sharp back spasms and very little hope of ever getting better. I learned (within minutes of seeing her smiling face) that I was really there because my pain went way beyond the physical. Dr. Sura has helped me reconnect to my inner self, encouraging me to feel all my feels and making me a much healthier woman, wife and friend.

I absolutely love Dr. Sura’s adjustments - they are honoring and powerful, and she is always 100% connected and present with me while I’m receiving care. She is deeply passionate about prenatal care and has the most amazing way of supporting and nurturing women through this time of life and beyond. I simply don’t think I’ve met a doctor who cares more about lifting up and encouraging women and helping them connect to their power and tap into their instincts during this most important time of life. When I first came to see Sura, I was at a point where I didn't really know what else to do but I had to do something. I was stuck. Physically and mentally but mostly emotionally. The two years that followed were transformative. With Sura's help I began to connect my mind and my heart. I regained mobility in my neck, and alleviated some stress-related circulation issues. Seeing Sura was the first step in connecting with myself, breaking through some complicated walls that I had, and opening my mind and heart to who I could be. She is positive, funny, kind, real and intuitive and her sessions were always the best part of my day. A true healer and teacher.

Before Dr. Sura, I had never been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect. Her work is truly transformative. I was suffering from the perils that come along with a busy and work-focused life in NYC, including stress, tension, fatigue, lower back & nerve pain. I was ready to take back my life and found Sura through a friend of mine who had been seeing her for some time. She changed my life.
She is a beautiful and gifted human being and chiropractor. She is gentle, kind, and knows exactly how to adjust the physical body and energies. She has an innate ability to sense, feel and heal and can move mountains in 20 minutes.
Through my powerful work with her, I learned to reconnect with myself, my body, and spirit. I saw her weekly for almost 1 year. She brought me back to my life. I changed in such a way that I eventually decided to leave NYC. I have the deepest gratitude for my time with her and recommend her to anyone who will listen. Thank you Sura!

I went to see Sura for lower back/hip pain. The first time I met Sura, I felt like she was someone I was supposed to meet. Her energy is incredible and she's such a beautiful soul. After one treatment, I started to feel better. She adjusted me for my first few sessions and since then has only performed energy work on me. My pain is completely gone and I feel amazing. Sura is a true healer - body, mind and spirit and is doing what she is supposed to be doing on this earth. Whenever I see her, I feel like I am glowing and floating all at the same time. Sura is a gifted healer, and I started seeing her on a friend's recommendation for back and neck pain following a bike accident. Her treatment was worth every penny—not only did I heal my physical body, I also grew spiritually and learned about myself. It's hard to explain in words (and so few at that) what Dr. Sura has done for me. From the second I met her, I had complete trust in her ability, her power, and energy. She dedicates so much to each individual patient, you can actually feel the love and heart she puts into guiding you on the path of self love and a full body, mind spirit connection. In just a matter of weeks, I have seen so many changes in myself; physically, mentally, and above all emotionally. Her work has lead me on a path of getting in touch with a side of myself that has been buried for so many years. A truer, purer, whole self. What to say about Dr. Sura. I've never met a chiropractor - or doctor even - who's taken such focus and care into where you need to heal, and how to get there. I've been to in & out factories before, and felt like a number. During the initial consultation it's exceedingly clear Dr. Sura is top notch. She discusses your misalignments, takes pictures, and tracks your progress. I'm 6 weeks in, and I'm feeling healthier in mind, body, and spirit than I have in years. Her holistic therapies are as important to me, if not more, than the chiropractic work. She's well worth the time and energy, and I'd recommend anyone to her practice. Blessed to have found Nalu Chiropractic.

From the moment I walked through her door her bright positive energy gave me hope that I was in great hands. Her adjustments are gentle, effective, loving and deftly wise. When I first started seeing Dr. Sura, I had been generally feeling very tired and anxious on a daily basis, and hadn't been sleeping well for weeks, even months. I also had reoccurring back and ankle pain. After her initial consultation, I started on my treatment program immediately. I felt much better only after the first couple of weeks. Then after several weeks, I noticed significant improvement: I was a lot more energetic and clear-headed, and I started sleeping better too. But the biggest development that I noticed was that I stopped feeling anxious altogether. After about 4-5 months, I noticed that my daily anxieties had pretty much disappeared. Also, before I even noticed the major differences in my own health and attitude, my husband had already noticed it tenfold. He witnessed how my confidence soared and how much happier I became also. And it moved him to become a client as well. Dr Sura applies a different and unique program to every patient, but we as a couple, and more importantly as a family, are feeling overall strength and connectedness with each other. Her unique mix of chiropractic and holistic therapies is what sets her apart from all other practitioners we've seen. And we love bringing our 5-year old daughter for adjustments as well!

She has a remarkable light within her, which illuminates from her and transmits to all. She radiates power and offers true guidance and support. Sura's work resonates really well with me. My first adjustment left me feeling much more connected and in tune with myself on both physical and emotional levels. Subsequently she has become a regular part of my self-care maintenance program.
As a dancer, choreographer and fitness professional, I need my body to be functioning at a very high level and the physical stresses I place on my body are intense. Regular body work is one of the keys components to staying on track. Sura's touch is fantastic. I am really grateful for her work.

Chiropractic with Dr. Sura is the best gift I've ever given myself. I was in the midst of making several life changes when I heard about her and even though I didn't fully understand what chiropractic was, it sounded like something I needed in my life. It was auspicious timing. Dr. Sura guided me through all of the challenges that arise when you change your whole life. Both the physical ones and the emotional ones. She helped me stay connected to my body. She helped me breath deeper, feel more and see clearer. She made sure I felt supported and grounded when it felt like my whole world was up in the air. She gave me perspective. She showed me compassion. She helped me figure out where I was blocked then helped me confront it strait on. And the most magical things happened when I did.
Those minutes in her office each week are the gift that keep on giving. Every session left me feeling a little lighter and a little more me. . Most of my friends already go to Dr. Sura but if I had one wish, it would be that all of my loved ones got a chance to experience her healing powers.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see Dr. Sura. She's the best chiropractor I've ever been to. She has a profound sensitivity to the what's going on in your body and she rebalances it so you can feel better, not only physically but emotionally as well. Being treated by her is a personal experience where your concerns will be heard and addressed.

Dr. Sura is wonderful. I am pregnant with my first, and during my second trimester I was overcome with intense lower back pain (SI joint dysfunction) and therefore sought out the help of Dr. Sura. After only a couple of visits I noticed significant improvement, was back to myself, and soon thereafter, pain free. I cannot thank Dr. Sura enough because I cannot imagine how I'd get through the rest of my pregnancy with that level of pain/discomfort. Dr. Sura practices the Webster Technique (non-invasive and safe for pregnancy) and now as I am in my third trimester, I continue to see her twice per week for adjustments for proper alignment and to make room for baby! Dr. Sura really is a healer and her energy is so positive; she is really just wonderful.

Dr. Sura is the best. She's a wonderful, warm and professional chiropractor who excels at healing the mind as well as the body. She tailors each visit to your needs at that particular time, so you are not just going through the motions. I'd recommend her to anyone, and she's helped me a lot.

Sura's work is extremely powerful and healing on many levels. I have a complex and Sura was able to treat pain in a way no other practitioner had!!
Sura is warm and very knowledgeable, and she has created a lovely sanctuary as her office. I look forward to every appointment, and I have recommended her on numerous occasions.
Sura is an exceptional support and healer for those committed to their healthiest self, so much so that you may not recognize yourself once she's done!!

I only have incredible things to say about Nalu Chiropractic. Dr. Sura truly takes the time to learn about each of her patients and works miracles on them. I have always had a bad lower back and since getting together with Dr. Sura I can say it improved immensely. I recommend going if you want the most well rounded care possible.
