I have been a patient of Dr. Collur for a few years. I am a very difficult patient to administer eye-drops, but Dr. Collur is always extremely patient and understanding. A few years ago I needed laser surgery to treat glaucoma and Dr. Collur and all the staff were very pleasant and informative.

Administrative Chief Resident and winner of the best resident research award during her residency in ophthalmology at SUNY-Brooklyn, Dr. Collur went on to a fellowship in Glaucoma at Tufts-New England Eye Center.
Prior to her emmigration to the US in 1995, Dr. Collur trained in Ophthalmology at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Subsequently, she worked in the UK as a Registrar in Ophthalmology and obtained the honor of Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons, in Edinburgh, UK.
Having trained and worked in three continents, Dr. Collur is comfortable using state of the art technology but blends their use with clinical judgement to deliver appropriate patient care.
