She was absolutely amazing. It was my first appointment with her and she totally made me at home. I will definitely go see her again.. Just not on a Monday. It was pretty busy which made it a longer wait.. Only because everyone loves her, she has so many patients and she now has another. She's great! Thank you Susan.

I would never go back to this Dr. again. I was in the waiting room for 1 1/2 and in the exam room for another hr. Total of 2 1/2 hrs.

The wait was a little long but that's because they had patient come in, in labor so emergacies happen. Other than that the staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, which is good because it was my first ever trip to the gyno. The doctor was very quick and personable. Great bedside matter. Will definitatly go back.

I disappointed about the wait time and service. I waited for almost two hours, and then when I was inside, I waited another 10 mins for the doctor. Then when she examine me, she's in the hurry. She only listen my baby heart that's it and she's done. Tooks me to wait two hours for her, then she only examined me for 5 mins LOL. Unbelievable.

Dr Boyd!!! Is a amazing!!! I ve had alot of obyn doctors and she out rates them. She good listener, understanding, empathic and kind. She understood everything I was telling her and gave excellent feedback. you don't see good doctors who are as kind and nice as she was. She not judgmental and is very open-minded.

The wait is way to long I've been there 3 times and waited 2-3 hours she's always having personal conversation with her staff she brings her dogs in the room while doing the exam and they smell she had hair all over her she's not the cleanest to be in the medical field .

Dr. Boyd was very friendly and professional. However, the office staff was not particularly friendly and the wait time was crazy. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes. I appreciate the quick exam but the wait was horrible. She also brought her dogs into the exam room with her. I am a pet lover so I wasn't bothered by it but it was a little surprising.

I waited 2 and a half hours in the lobby. The big tv and magazines were nice for the wait. Front desk lady could have been more friendly. The nurse and Dr were great, they both made me feel very welcome. Just went in for a routine pap was in the room for only 20 mins.

It was amazingly great. Peaceful, she was sweet and she was very gentle. Pap smear didn't even hurt probably because I don't have an infection. Plus my blood was drawn for making sure I don't have any diseases. Point is, she was quick and highly recommended!!

The wait time was just about 2 hours but when I did get to see her she was one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Very thorough and took her time with me and the million questions I asked. My regular obgyn of 7 years just retired so I was super nervous about seeing a new one. She was absolutely amazing, and as soon as we started talking all my worries about meeting a new doctor went out the door. If you have time to wait.... It is very much worth it.

She was very open to discuss certain procedures. She was very straight forward. Doing test with another doctor in the past at sma medical she has no sympathy for there ethics of work she does her procedures her way and even re test to make sure everything is perfect. The wait time was long as hell but worth it. My appointment was at 11am .i didn't get called back until 12:35 . front office staff really not good they talk loudly about there life . which they can do better back office is really nice . when u go in FYI just sign in and wait to be called . I would recommend her to people I know . waiting you just have to have patience
