Everyone in Dr. Freedman's office was wonderful, and the facilities are lovely. Dr. Freedman doesn't have the softest bedside manner, but she's very thorough and I appreciate her straight-forward personality. I'm not looking for a new best friend, I'm looking for a great doctor who I can trust to give me the best medical care. Dr. Freedman took time to ask me questions about my health and talk to me about concerns, and I feel as though I can trust her judgement.
She is very pleasant, knowledgable, and concerned about her patients. It is a pleasure having her as my doctor.

i think that Dr. Freedman is a professional physician, very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend her
She is very pleasant, knowledgable, and concerned about her patients. It is a pleasure having her as my doctor.

She's a very friendly and open-minded doctor. Super recommended as professional.
Extremely thorough, very professional and tells it like it is.

Very detailed and very professional. I would recommend her.
I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Freedman's attitude and beside manner. I would not recommend her to anyone and will find a new PCP, she was cold, rude and extremely judgemental. She huffed and rolled her eyes multiple time during the appointment when I asked simple questions and seemed annoyed (not sure if it was at me or life in general).
Very rude. Dr. Freedman does not possess the basic qualities to deal with a patient. I don't expect my doctor to become my friend but I do expect them to respect me and treat me kindly. The rest of the staff at this office is wonderful.
I would NEVER recommend Dr. Freedman to a patient seeking bedside manner or compassion. Dr. Freedman was so judgmental with such simple questions for a physical that by the time she asked questions for things I was concerned about, I felt too uncomfortable to disclose my small issues and was brought to tears by her lack of understanding. Her nursing staff and receptionist are WONDERFUL and kind, but Dr. Freedman is cold and unsympathetic. Not what I look for in a doctor I hope to trust!
not overly impressed

Dr. Freedman doesn't have the softest bedside manner, but she's very thorough and I appreciate her straight-forward personality. The office called in the morning to try to move my appointment up which was fine, but I could only make it 15 minutes early and was teased by a member of the office staff for being late upon arrival. The doctor is clearly very intelligent and competent, but she is either rude, had a bad day, or simply does not prioritize patient relations. She was impatient and snappy throughout the entire appointment. I would not feel comfortable speaking with this doctor about any health concerns and will not return to the office.
Very pleased with my experience, starting with the professionalism of the office staff to the thoroughness and care of the doctor. A little judgmental, but that's her job. I would definitely recommend her.
I am a first time patient, and I had a great experience. Dr. Freedman was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. There was a lot of direct interaction with the doctor, and no waiting time.
Had a great experience. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. Freedman was very thorough and friendly and willing to spend the time. Had great suggestions for making sure my records would be all set for starting grad school in the fall.

Unlike what some people wrote, Dr Freedman is not unfriendly... she is simply direct and very thorough. She asked the most extensive background of any doctor I have been to. If you want a doctor who will ask the right questions, and do her job very well then she is great... if you want a buddy, go to another doctor.

Doc Freedman is a Godsend. She was THOROUGH and meticulous, went beyond my reason for going in the first place. She put me at ease and gave me sound advice and follow ups. Now, her entire team made the experience personal, reminded me of visits to the doctor's surgery back in England. Thank you Doc. Freedman. And thank you ZocDoc!
Dr. Freedman has a very unassuming and thorough style. She took her time with me and really takes an interest in what's going on. She doesn't jump to conclusions and make snap judgements - even though I probably fit a stereotypical patient (bad nutritional habits, etc.) I felt comfortable in her care and confident that she will suggest the best thing for me going forward. Another positive is her staff - they are EXCEPTIONAL - friendly, courteous, happy and kind. To me, this is a direct reflection of how a doctor treats people - if their employees are happy - then there is respect in the room! I would gladly recommend this doctor to anyone.
Dr. Freedman was great! She was very thorough and took an interest in me and my history. I feel like she is a no nonsense kind of doc, you do your part and she will do hers as well!
First of all, I LOVED her staff. They were very attentive, and caring. Dr. Freedman, on the other hand, was rude and VERY judgmental. I do not lead the perfect lifestyle, I have my vices, like everyone else, but Dr. Freedman was quick to judge, and made very hurtful comments to me. I left almost in tears. I would only go see her if you have thick skin, or if you want to lie about your medical history.

Very courteous, comprehensive, with a little bit of maternal edge to her. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return

Dr. Freedman was extremely thorough in taking my history performing an examination. I found her to be very professional and cordial. I personally enjoyed Dr. Freedman's direct feedback and would recommend her to anyone looking for a GP. Dr. Freedman's staff were also all very attentive and professional - overall a very positive visit to the doctor!
Very thorough, listened very well and picked up on everything. Personable, with a great sense of humor. Compassionate and very knowledgeable.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Freedman. She made me feel at ease, didn't nag me (too much!) about my long-neglected health issues, and was very professional.
Very rude. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected from a medical professional in my life. NEVER going back. Only nice thing to say is the receptionists and nurse were beyond nice. But not worth it to see Dr.Freedman.
Although she seemed like a very intelligent doctor, I did not feel welcomed as a first time patient. I felt as if I was being judged with every question I answered about medical history and felt more uncomfortable about things when I was leaving than before I went in. The office and nursing staff were very nice.
Dr. Freedman was patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. She did a thorough job with my annual review and made some recommendations to improve my overall health. She is personable and interested in you as a patient.
Dr. Freedman was great. I was a bit uncertain if I would return after the appointment as I didn't get the "warm and fuzzy" that I must still carry from only having one family doctor since childhood - and nary a doctor since then. However, as an intelligent, rational, type A working mom who always puts herself last I realized that Dr. Freedman's direct, almost stern bedside manner is actually quite attentive, caring and just what I need. A strong woman to get through to me that my health is important. Within minutes she had me hooked up with top notch referrals and set me on a plan to "get my house in order" and took great care in a follow up consult, clearly explaining all aspects of my health profile based on the results of the appointment as well as next steps and expectations.
This doctor is GREAT!

I was a little skeptical about Dr. Freedman because of some of the feedback on ZocDoc about her, but I have to say I was absolutely blown away. Dr. Freedman takes the time to ask about any medical history that might be pertinent. When I mentioned alcohol use she reprimanded me like I would want any doc to! Very friendly, extremely competent, and I was called into the exam room BEFORE I was done signing in and filling out my paperwork, it was that fast! Her staff was extremely nice (and funny!). I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Freedman AT ALL.
