“I went to have earwax removed. I’ve been experiencing some vertigo a little bit of itching and a little bit of hard of hearing . The doctor was sure to ask all kinds of questions about how I’ve been feeling, medications I’ve been taking, etc. She looked at my ears thoroughly and realized that they were quite free of wax and I didn’t need them to be cleaned. We started talking about my sinus issues and that being possibly part of the cause of my issues and my inner ear tubes possibly being blocked. She recommended various over-the-counter medication‘s to help me and recommended that I do see an ENT. Great doctor, I highly recommend. I look forward to seeing her again if I have any other issues.”

My first time at Carbon Health! Check in was easy, they answered questions I needed. Filled out two simple forms. The two physicians assistants were awesome so patient when they couldn’t get my little veins for a drawing. Told them I hate needles and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Kristine was so nice and asked me good questions and answered questions I had. She listened to some history concerns and gave me good next steps that were logical and tangible. I felt very comfortable with her.

I had such a good experience seeing Dr. Zombik for the first time. She listened to all of my concerns and helped come up with a plan for following up with other specialists. She was fantastic and non judgmental and I feel like I can be honest with her without fear of judgement.

Amazing doctor, great listener and attentive. As a young black woman my pain and concerns normally get belittled or dismissed but she did the complete opposite, with follow up visits, medication trials and referrals to specialists, i have found my new PCP!

My first visit went great — the receptionist was kind, the check-in smooth, and the appointment itself went as expected. Because of that, I was looking forward to my second session, which was supposed to be a very quick, five-minute visit.
Unfortunately, that appointment never really happened. I arrived on time, but the doctor was supposedly with other patients. After waiting a while, I checked with the nurse, who told me the doctor now had an important meeting and would be about 5–10 more minutes. I understood and waited — but after another 15 minutes, I saw the doctor walk by my room, laughing on the phone.
At that point, I decided to cancel with the receptionist and leave. I ended up spending a little over 40 minutes waiting for what should’ve been a quick follow-up. It was disappointing after such a good first impression but the lack of respect for my time made this visit frustrating.
