Dr. Gutierrez attended medical school at Universidad Auntonoma de Guadalajara and postdoctoral medical training at Sound Shore Medical Center, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine followed by 3 years as a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Metropolitan Hospital New York Medical College. Dr. Gutierrez next completed a pain management fellowship at Integrated Pain Management, Inc in Northern California.
Dr. Gutierrez is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians.
