I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment so I could fill out paperwork. As soon as I sat down and wrote 2 words they called me back. I was impressed with no wait time at all! I agreed to let a resident do my appointment and see Dr. Ratay at the end. The resident was very courteous and helpful and I felt like he truly understood my questions and concerns. Both the resident and Dr Ratay came in at the end of the appointment to both talk to me. Both had great bedside manner and were very thorough with explanations. Gave recommendations on what they wanted me to do but were not pushy about "You have to do this and that". That goes a long way for me! I will definitely be following up and making my future appointments here.

She's an awesome doctor! I don't have insurance so she told me to just call the office in a couple weeks to tell her how I'm doing instead of coming in and paying for another office visit. She went out of her way to help find me cheap prescriptions and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about my problem instead of just doin a job.

My first visit with Dr. Ratay was wonderful. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and nice bedside manner. Her staff was very helpful and clear in their instructions. The facility in Ashtabula was also great. As Dr. Ratay indicated it was truly "one-stop-shopping" with labs and other doctor offices in the same complex. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratay if you're looking for a primary care physician.
