My appointment with Dr Rodriquez-Bostock was overall a very disappointing experience. From an admin standpoint, the intake nurse could not get my information correct and the computers froze and I wasn’t able to pay my copay. The doctor didn’t listen to my symptoms and dismissed everything I told her. She asked me if I was allergic to one antibiotic and when I got to the pharmacy she had prescribed a different antibiotic. She said my cough( which had only started a few days prior to my visit) was due to smoking over 10 years ago. My cough that was accompanied by feverish chills, colorful mucous and fluid in my ears were not addressed. Her only comment was about smoking. She completely missed the mark, refused to hear me or understand my illness. A simple cold/flu should be an easy diagnosis. I would not trust her judgment for even the most simple illness.
