When kids receive good mental health care, families can live happier and more connected lives together. I truly care about helping my clients find joy and rebuild closeness. I have successfully worked with people of all ages, addressing a wide range of issues such as trauma, bullying, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, difficult behaviors, life changes, parenting support, and family or relationship difficulties. I provide services in both English and Spanish to increase accessibility. I strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment where people can grow and heal through care and understanding.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
