My biggest frustration with doctors is that some do not hold themselves to the same accountability they expect of their patients. I do not like to wait. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If I am expected to be at my appointment on time or face being penalized with a fee or a rescheduled appointment, then I too expect to be seen on time and should be able to charge the doctor for my time if I am not seen within a reasonable amount of time.
For me, reasonable is not waiting more than 20 minutes. This does not mean call me back after waiting 20 minutes or more only to wait another 30 or more to be seen.
The prompt and friendly service I received from Dr. Green and the front staff was professional and genuine. I will not go to another doctor unless I absolutely have to.
