Dr. Narra and her staff are thoroughly professional and friendly. They create a caring environment. Despite my being the last patient of the day, they took as much time with me as was needed. They even handed me some nice Valentine's cookies -- a very thoughtful (and delicious) treat.

Dr. Narra was very helpful. Her office staff is not very friendly, specifically her assistant. I did feel rushed during the appointment. They seemed to have booked people in 10-15 min time slots.
