Doctor Suzanne was rushing appointment and concerns constantly restated that my issues were not concerning and didn't have time to address concerns. Talked over me and has poor bedside manner. Would not recommend.

Suzanne was super nice and efficient. She immediately identified a suspicious mole and removed it right in the exam room. She was very kind and clear when giving me my biopsy results (no cancer!). I will be returning for another skin check in a few months.

Awesome dermatology office. Suzanne Cohen is smart and kind and treatment has been effective every time. Staff is also lovely and on-point. The online information system is really convenient and easy to use when booking or changing appointments. Plus, the view of the bridge from the office in Williamsburg is stunning. I would highly recommend this office! The PA as well as Dr. Cohen were both incredibly attentive, well informed and provided insightful advice / feedback. They both listened while I described my issues (acne and a recent eczema flare up) and gave thoughtful anecdotes / solutions. I was in and out in an hour, with my prescription being sent over as soon as I left! The office was clean, I did not feel rushed and everything was efficient. This was my first time and I will continue to be going to her office for all my skin care needs!

Suzanne Cohen was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and respectful as well. The purpose of the visit was that my child had a wart behind one of the ears. She performed an excision and removed it immediately. She performed the procedure in a very clean manner with minimal bleeding and explained it well. Im happy that I made a great choice with her.

Dr Cohen was patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. She gave me great medical advice and strategies to tackle a problem that was barely diagnosed by a previous provider.

I was really disappointed. The man at the front desk and the woman who did the preliminary stuff were both great. The actual NP was terrible. She was clearly in a rush to move on to other patients. And she didn’t listen to anything I said. She gave me a cortisone shot and topical medication for an abscess that she knew would not work and said most likely I’ll have it forever. I waited a while to give the medication a chance before submitting my rating. It is the same—actually it has flared up more since I have my period now. As I told her would happen. I had a feeling she might not take me seriously based on the type of insurance I have so I originally tried to pay out of pocket. I wonder if that would have made a difference.
