This lady is not a sensitive caring person to be a Doctor. She could care less about your mental state of mind. When a patient pours their heart out to you, try showing some concern!! If someone tells you that they nay need some time away from work due to their mother passing away, try to be understanding instead of responding with Well, I don't take people off of work!! Seems as if her only concern was whether or not I was putting on an act!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm very happy with both this office and the other location I've been to, the one on Poplar. They never keep me waiting long (unlike most doctor's offices I've been to!) and all the doctors I've seen here have been friendly and helpful. Suzanne Grooms, NP, is my favorite, and always takes time to listen to all my concerns and questions.

Couldn't get a quick appointment with my usual doctor, Dr. Jeff Mullins. Grooms basically works with the same practice\group as Dr. Mullins but a different location.She had a slot open same day I needed to be seen therefore I took it. And I am glad. I was very pleases with her and her staff. She was quick and to the point, which is what I like. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that was with a wait time for flu test results. I would see her again if available and Dr Mullins isn't.
