So, this is my (2nd) updated Feedback. My first review I liked Dr, Villares very much. She was very sweet to my daughter but, I did not care for the staff. I recently had another appt for my daughter and the staff was so much friendlier. The nurse let my daughter listen to her heart. Made my daughter feel comfortable. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Sylvia I would recommend she was very friendly and sweet my daughter liked her very much. Her assistants though seemed lack of communication within the inside office which I had to explain same situation several times No friendly smiles or welcomings stern and cold faces except for the receptionist. When, I asked about some forms my reply was yes whatever it ask for. The person who took blood from my daughter seemed like she was there to do her job in and out quickly not to much comcern when my daughter started crying it hurts not to much compassion for a 5 yr old. So, overall I guess we accomplished what we were there for.
