I booked an appointment online which was accepted and confirmed. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that stated the facility was closed due to staffing shortages. Very unprofessional. Fortunately I am not so acute that it cannot wait another day but I will not be coming back to this facility.
No need to publish this review. It is not my intent to damage the institution’s reputation. Rather I just wish to bring it to the attention of someone who can see that it doesn’t happen again. This was very aggravating.
