I had an amazing experience with Taina Ovchinnikov and her staff. My appointment was the last of the day and I didn't feel rushed in the slightest. Even though it was closing time, they did their best to address my concerns and make me feel comfortable. I highly reccomend her office and look forward to going back for my next visit!

She did not seem like she was in a rush, but she was very direct, succinct, and to the point. I appreciate that very much. Nurse Practioner Ovchinnikov was one of the best medical professionals I've seen. She was extremely helpful, straightforward, and had a great bedside manner even though I was nervous about going in for my well woman exam. She answered my questions and explained my options for blood tests. The exam was quick and simple. The medical assistant who helped her was also really amazing at her job. Everyone in the office was great. I'll be back here any time I need medical attention.

Even though I had to be referred as it was something that their office could not perform; everyone in this office is super sweet and very nice to deal with. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with. They are also very honest and most certainly will not take your money just to perform something that they know will not work.

I absolutely feel every patient should experience the level of respect, down to earth, courtesy and professionalism I have had the pleasure of being a part of. I love the entire staff! The NP is wonderful, she breaks down options which I love because I feel I'm not a number but she genuinely cares, she does not hold back from telling me what I need to hear and know...the perfect balance. The front office ladies are a true gem as well. Keep it up guys ??
