Loved that she and her nurses were professional, to the point, and she provided thorough and clear explanations. I am not someone who looks for a doctor of any kind that is simply smiley and friendly and then I leave wondering "so..... what's wrong exactly? what are my options again?" She is a clear communicator. I appreciate that. Very respectful she and her nurses. Thank you.

She was such a sweet heart and very good with my son Dominic who was all over the place. Even though he was overly energetic today she still got the job done greatly without any hint of inpatients or frustration absolute will be back to see her again for myself and my family.

The doctor was great. The desk clerk and I spoke about the process for ordering contacts. I asked for them to be shipped to my new address. He says no problem and takes down my info and charges my credit card. A week and a half later, I'm at my new address (out of state) and I get a voicemail regarding me PICKING UP MY CONTACTS. I called back and had to leave a voicemail and have yet to receive a callback. This is at no fault of the doctor, but there is some crazy lack of communication at this place.

Dr. Locke was very personable and knowledgeable. This was my first eye exam in probably 15 years and she was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. She came out with me to make sure that I got the right pair of lenses and that I didn't walk away with products I didn't need. It was a very good experience.
