She attended the Ruth and Bruce Rappaport’s Faculty of Medicine at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and completed her medical degree. In addition to finishing her rotational internship at the Rambam Medical Center, she then went on to complete her pediatric residency at the Winthrop-University Hospital.
Dr. Magnas is very involved in the Save a Child’s Heart organization. This organization raises money for children from over 50 countries who are in desperate need of life saving heart surgeries. Their countries cannot provide these services, therefore these surgeries are performed in Israel for free.
One of the unique services that Dr. Magnas offers to her patients is 24 hour accessibility where she can be reached by phone and/or email.
In her spare time, Dr. Magnas enjoys reading, participating in her book club, cooking, biking, and scuba diving.

It was my son's first visit with Dr. Magnas and she made my son and I feel very comfortable. Dr. Magnas was very professional and attentive. I liked her so much I decided to make Dr. Magnas my son's primary Doctor.

Dr. Magnas was so wonderful with our son for his two month appointment. She answered every one of our questions thoroughly and was so gentle with our little guy that he hardly cried when he got his shots. There was also a personal touch which you don't always get at a larger practice. Dr. Magnas gave us her email address so we could ask questions whenever we need to. I would definitely recommend Dr. Magnas to anyone with children.
