He completed his anesthesiology training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and his pain medicine training at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital. Dr. Elbaz has extensive knowledge and experience performing interventional pain procedures for chronic pain syndromes.As the director of the Pain Medicine Fellowship Training Program at Roosevelt Hospital, he educates physicians about various treatment modalities for pain management. He currently holds a faculty position at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and was appointed a NYS Pain Medicine committee member.
