Tami Hall, FNP-BC received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University in 2006 in Philadelphia, PA, then completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2009 from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She was driven to the medical industry after watching her loved ones battle their chronic disease. Tami noticed not only a need for acute illness treatment, but a provider that patients could trust and feel comfortable sharing their medical concerns with. She is passionate about the relationships she builds with her patients and the care she provides to them. I thought the in-office experience was excellent. The problems started once I left the office. I was told my prescription would be ready in ~30 mins. When I called the pharmacy, they said it hadn't been called in. I called the office and was on hold for over an hour with no answer. Because it was Friday afternoon and I had to have the medicine for the weekend, I drove back to the office to ensure the prescription would be called in. I was assured it would be before EOD. (It was 4:50p). It wasn't. Nor was it called in the next morning. I had to track someone down by phone after more hold time to get it called in. Unfortunately, by Monday I wasn't feeling better and I was told to call if that happened. I called and sent messages via the portal. No response. I called and sent more messages Tuesday saying if they couldn't help me, at least release my test results so I could go to a different physician for help. A new prescription was called in with no follow up or explanation.
