No long intake forms, extremely nice and modern office, labs are taken onsite and support staff was outstanding. Dr Velez was AMAZING. I went in to find a new primary, she actually asked me a ton of questions, and not in a condescending tone whatsoever, and ordered a whole batch of tests. I've had health problems my entire life so now I don't even say how I'm feeling anymore, I just go in for blood work and deal with the rest on my own. But she actually took the time, patiently and thoroughly. The only other time I've experienced a Dr like this was when I went to Mayo Clinic in MN in 2015. I absolutely love her. If you have complicated health, I especially recommend her.

Her office is easy to access inside the Mount Sinai Hospital Complex. The office was very clean and I was taken care right of the way. They didn't receive my online check-in. I had to filled-up everything again there. The doctor was very nice and seen to be knowledgeable. Took care of my issue right away. I will recommend her for a friend or family. Thank you.
