About Dr. Tanvira Sultana

For more than 27 years, I’ve been dedicated to providing exceptional primary care. My journey started in India, where I earned my medical degree. However, my passion for medicine led me to further specialize in hematology and oncology in both Japan and Bangladesh. Following my residency in internal medicine at South Brooklyn Health, New York, I thrived in a fast-paced, diverse environment, treating patients from all backgrounds. Before coming to the US, I gained valuable experience working in both high-tech tertiary hospitals and low-resource settings. This exposure allows me to deliver exceptional care regardless of the situation. I’m also passionate about collaborative healthcare. In the past, I’ve organized research initiatives and educational programs for cancer control and management. My dedication was recognized with awards like the Young Physician Leader by IAMP (2011) and TWAS Young Scientist Prize (2013).

The office felt like something out of a fitness commercial. Supplements lined the walls. Tried to call the staff for help finishing the office, no one picked up. But when I got in the office their was staff galore at the front desk chatting. Very unprofessional
