I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in San Diego (PSY 24479) and the owner/founder of Hilber Psychological Services. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and hold a Bachelor's degree from Carroll University. I am an interactive, empathic therapist who works from a combination of practical psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral orientations. I believe that to be healthy and successful, we need to find a balance in our lives-a balance with our daily life, relationships, physical health, and mental health.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults with Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD/ADD), and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), such as Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. I also have experience with women's issues, midlife transitions, parenting, trauma, depression, relationship issues, stress management, personal growth, life transitions, and children's life stressors.
With years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals, couples, and children through therapy, play therapy, behavioral consultation, parenting support, group therapy, and applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy. I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
