Tanya is a knowledgeable, approachable, and all around good human. I wish there were more people like her in the field and in the world! She listens, is caring, and just attentive to the needs of her patients.
Having a baby at the beginning of the Pandemic was such an odd and uncharted situation, but Tanya helped us through it all even better than we could've ever imagined. She was always there to answer questions, and when we had some emergency issues pop up she was there immediately to help us figure out the best course of action and even talk to our OB to make sure we got the right medicine without any delay. Her guidance and expertise were life preservers in a sea of new experiences, and we are so grateful to have had her on our side. 100 out of 10. Highly Recommend.

More about Tanya Tringali, CNM

Together we can handle whatever comes your way! From preconception to postpartum care, I have programs and services for a variety of budgets and learning styles. We offer one-on-one care through a combination of regular virtual sessions and texting options, group classes for people who want a lower cost option, desire community, or prefer to have an instructor present while they are learning. We also offer an online, self-paced option to help families prepare for postpartum and navigate the 4th trimester. I am also a personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and provide fitness-related services to my clients, especially those navigating fitness during the perinatal period, those experiencing pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse or incontinence. The Mother Wit Podcast is in its second season. It features intimate stories of people navigating the healthcare system throughout the perinatal period (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond) as well as those of the most innovative practitioners and leaders in the perinatal healthcare space. My sincere hope is that this podcast will provide a safe space for consumers to feel heard and validated and one for healthcare providers to share their journeys. So many are tirelessly working to improve the system and serve as a source of inspiration for the next generation, but their voices are rarely heard. Together we will learn from the struggles and successes of our peers, build strong and resilient communities that share these values so that we can empower each other to create and seek out the kind of care we all deserve.

Tanya made me feel incredibly supported and more confident navigating my late prenatal and early postpartum stages of my first pregnancy. She addressed all my questions and made me feel comfortable asking anything (at any time!), she challenged me in the right ways to set me up for success in my postpartum period, and she help me look out for any warning signs and directed me to other specialists—like a pelvic floor therapist—which helped me SO much after my son was born. I feel so grateful to have had her as a support system during this wild time and would highly recommend her to any new moms.
Tanya has helped me so much during my pregnancy and afterwards as well. I'm 10 months postpartum and i still have monthly meetings with her which help me so much. I have dealt with anxiety and pain during and after my pregnancy and Tanya helped guide me through everything. She normalizes how you feel and really helps empower you to make decisions for yourself and guide you through multiple solutions to see what is the best route for you. I've never felt being so open and vulnerable with someone as much as I have with her and I would completely recommend working with her for every stage of pregnancy!
No one has ever been so available for me, ever. When maternity felt really tough, Tanya's combination of experience, empathy and disposition, helped me find the solutions that made sense for me. She was the best possible support I could have received during my perinatal period and maternity leave!
My time with Tanya was reassuring and educational, I felt more prepared for what may come next and knew I could reach out to her again with any further needs.
Tanya is kind, caring and actually helpful. She helped me navigate the postpartum period and transition to motherhood with confidence and grace.
Tanya is such a gift to anyone journeying through pregnancy and postpartum. I found out I was pregnant two weeks before COVID arrived in the US. My husband was never allowed to come to a doctor’s visit, we told our families we were pregnant via FaceTime…there was so much of that season in our lives that felt isolating. But, Tanya was an incredible resource! She was funny, kind, patient, and responsive. She is an excellent listener and gave me practical advise to help me advocate for myself in the hospital and to heal after coming home. She was super helpful as I returned to fitness, too. I have recommended Tanya to so many of my friends. I wish I had reasons to still meet with her - she is the best!
Tanya is compassionate, knowledgeable and patient-centric in her approach as a care provider. My postpartum care needs were challenging and changed often. Tanya was always right there every step of the way, able to quickly adapt to get me the support and relief I needed. I can't recommend her enough! Every pregnant/birthing/postpartum mom deserves a Tanya at her side.
Tanya is amazing. She has been more supportive than I imagined possible in a virtual capacity. I have truly loved working with her and look forward to continuing to do so as I continue through my postpartum journey.
Tanya, I truly believe you've found your calling and this world is better for it. You are not only supporting new parents but also future generations that will continuously benefit from everything you offer. I am eternally grateful for you and the support you offer us as new parents. With you, we are able to cultivate a solid foundation for never ending growth and progression.
